Relax. The less you stress, the longer you live, the longer you stay beautiful.
Drink Water. Drink loads of water. One of the worst enemies of a flawless skin is lack of moisture, both inside and out. You drink loads of water as well as use moisturizing agents. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body but the levels in our bodies decrease as we age, which hinders the skinís ability to retain moisture and leads to wrinkles so pumping the body with lots of water will go a long way to reduce the aging effect.
Donít forget your vegetables! I know you thought that was over Ė people telling you how good veggies are and how you shouldnít throw your veggies away.
Use Sun Screen. Itís crazy but so many women still donít use sunscreen! The use of sunscreen canít be overemphasised. Ultra Violet A Rays = Aging rays. Case studies have shown that the low cholesterol has lowered cancer rates and heart attacks. Try not to take your tea with a lot of sugar though because that can lead to not just bad skin but other health-related problems on the long run.
Eat right. This will definitely help keep away those undesirable functions associated with aging: heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, and so on. Cut down carbs. Eat more vegetables, legumes etc.
Exercise. Exercise. Exercise is good for your heart and makes you look younger, toned and does wonders for your self-esteem!
